Instead of applying for permits yourself, you can hire a professional certified drone pilot with a full permit application service included — they handle the land council, JUPEM, CGSO and CAAM approvals for you.
This is a private-sector service by kencanastudio.com — not a government subsidiary. Their pilots have flown numerous projects across Malaysia, including inspections, development, production and events.
Important: book at least 1 month before your flying date. CAAM automatically rejects permit applications submitted with less than a one-month lead time.
This is general guidance only — always confirm current requirements directly with each authority before flying.
